In grade school it stood for “real simple stupid” but now it stands for a way to make your life a little easier. RSS (Real Simple Syndication) is now available for LTC Connection.
What is RSS?
RSS (Real Simple Syndication) helps readers subscribe to timely updates from a favorite Web site. Rather than having to check the Web site, it brings the information to you on your laptop, desktop or mobile phone. As a new story is posted, RSS brings it to you, moments later.
Do I Need a Special Program?
Internet Explorer 7 will automatically read it for you when you put LTC Connection in your Favorites folder. This will allow you to see it on your laptop or desktop computer. No need to download a special program. Take a quick tour for more information. For mobile users, you will need to download RSS mobile readers available from a number of sites, many of which are free.
Why You Would Use RSS?
- News – Get the latest news and tips for managers
- Comments – Monitor comments and ideas other managers post to a story
- Convenience – Include LTC Connection along with your other news sources, all in one place
How Do I Start?
