We had a blast working out with Josh during the last 3 days of Trials! My 12 year old son, Cobi, his friend, Jessie and I (an “ancient” Masters swimmer at 44) thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a ton. Cobi came home and just qualified for his first (and second and third!) ever state championship event - a HUGE milestone in his career after a couple of thousand operations (ok, ok, only 23 or so!!). I am working on learning to kick - not an easy task after all these decades, but am determined to “clean up” my technique. Thanks, Josh, we had a great time!
