The BREAKout! Tour made a stop in Oskaloosa, Iowa on Feb. 3 with Olympic Gold Medalist Carly Piper!

Thank you to Jaime Leonard and the Mahaska County YMCA swimmers for being such gracious hosts!

“Our clinic was a huge success! Carly made such an impression on our swimmers and parents too. I think at some points during the event, our parents might have been more excited than our swimmers.

With Carly, you have a very down-to-earth, Midwest young lady who positively represents your company and this country. She even took time for a photo with my 3-year-old! I had taken my older son to her clinic in Des Moines, Iowa back in November, and it was the impression that she left with my wife and myself, that prompted me to push for us to hold a clinic for our team.

We feel the experience is something that will stay with our swimmers for a lifetime. We set the clinic a week before our state qualifying meet because we felt that this would have the greatest impact on our swimmers.
