Olympic Champions Jason Lezak and Misty Hyman led an awesome BREAKout! Swim Clinic in Indianapolis, IN on September 26, 2009 for the swimmers of Indiana Swimming.

Addison Nolan and Cady Mehringer are from JAWS swim team. They both had a great time!! Addison went back to practice on Monday and talked to the rest of her team about the three rules to a better butterfly that Misty talked about. Counting your butterfly kicks , counting the 4 stroke rhythm and the surge kick. Addison has started using that in her practice. Addison also commented on how she liked the story from Jason and how he never gave up on wanting to win a gold medal and get on the podium to receive it and Misty’s story about relaxing and having fun when competing. Addison went home that night and got on youtube.com to watch Misty’s race at Sydney. She wanted to see how Misty was smiling right before her race and having a good time.
