I would like to thank the IES and the people at the U of I that help facilitate the clinic last weekend as it was truly an outstanding experience. Josh Davis and Misty Hyman were motivators and great teachers. They did an outstanding job and all in all are just outstanding leaders, teachers and just people.
When I first signed up my daughter I thought 9 years old might be too young for such a clinic. She left loving swimming even more then she did before and that is hard to believe. As a parent who stayed to watch and support my daughter, I was captivated by Josh and Misty’s talks and did not want the day to end. It was a day full of life changing and motivating experiences and I would like to add my daughter listened as well.
Once again thank you for helping our children learn about life and what is important and how swimming just might play a part in the scheme of things. It was a day well spent and I was just a bystander.
